engine that meets all European and US emission standards.
All service points are grouped on one side of the engine for easy maintenance. Engine is very robust with cast iron block (even the silencer is cast iron). This type of engine has excellent durability and longevity. Cooling air is forward blown with a pre-clean screen on the radiator this means that the operator is not having warm air blown at them as well as being able to easily remove any build up of chaff on air intake grills to maintain cooling efficiency |

| Cutter deck | The standard deck is a 48" three blade side discharge deck of Shibaura’s own manufacture. Drive to the deck is via a mid PTO. Two grass collection systems are available both of them take their drive off of the deck via a belt. One collector is a 330 litre 3 bag system ideal for emptying into pick-ups or trailers. The other is a 350 litre clam shell type which dumps on the floor. Both collectors employ a powered impeller on the side outlet of the deck to accelerate the cut material up the wide diameter tube and help prevent blockages. The side discharge deck can be converted to a rear by closing in the end, removing the baffles and opening up the rear. Otherwise a purpose built rear discharge is available. The deck has six hitch points to draw the deck rather than push it along and can be removed in a matter of minutes. Deck lift is fully hydraulic |
